Overall a pleasant stay.

Indoor pool very good.Staff excellent.Jose Luis especially Good friendly and professional.

The pool area , the upstairs bar was nice but small compared to the amount of rooms in the hotel, the where friendly, the grounds were large and well kept

The food was terrible, rooms small and dated felt like my room and been halved

Lovely stay, friendly staff and was what we needed.

Amazing friendly staff, all making an effort to get to know everyone.

The food- being vegan I wasn't fed very well- kitchen staff weren't accommodating.

Was a pleasent stay

Pool area is nice, well organised, staff was making sure social distancing was met. Friendly staff

Rooms need an update, specially the bathrooms. Food was a bit disappointing, everything that was grilled was very dry and hard. Not a lot of variety either. Pool area needs to be deep cleaned, pool feels greasy in the boarders

Not a relaxing or welcoming environment. And definitely not a four star hotel.

Staff was cotreous and was accommodating, however after checking in early due to the conditions of the place, we did not recieve any reply form the staff.

The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The location offers neither quiet or good views. It feels like a budget familty hotel due to the noise, holiday-village like set-up and poor quality of facilities, but wiht a premium hotel price. Definitely not a place for a relaxing holiday. Feels like a 2 star hotel.

Poor for a four star hotel

It was walking distance of a local super market and even the mini town. Comfortable beds and nice sheets. The shower head pressure. Some staff were polite.

The snack service was disgusting. The food quality was poor during the snack time, definitely not fresh. The use of a single physical key to access the room and not a card. The old quality of a four star hotel. Very basic. The rooms were small. Ran down carpet. My safe lock was broken. They had no iron.

I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel and expensive for what it is.

The staff were lovely

The food, Location and rooms No activities for kids only volley ball and face painting and cinema room but not for all ages. They have bouncy castle in the pool but so much you can play with that and the playground for kids could be better.

Didnt like this hotel at all.

Didnt like this hotel at all. Room was tiny and definetly not enough room for three people. We had a pram and nowhere to store it. Had to ask for a fridge to be put in the room. Food was terrible. Not much to choose from. Snacks available at certain times very limited and left sitting in hot plates. No choice. Ice cream available was a little yogurt pot style and only available from 11 for half hour. No childrens entertainment. Was a movie night but was in Portugaise so not suitable for english speaking kids. No facilities to entertain children apart from tiny play ground and pool slide. We requested an iron and were toldthey didnt have irons that we would have to pay for laundry service.. 50cent charge to order a taxi at reception. Bar is tiny. Night time entertainment was lacking. Same ywo singers were on every night we stayed in hotel. didnt notice any other entertainment and certainly nothing for children in evening

The staff are excellent.

The place is clean except for the corridor carpets which are absolutely dreadful. The whole site needs to modernize and redecorated. They seriously need to review their menus as its tired and boring , too much use of frozen foods

Nice outdoor areas, but food could be better

Excellent outdoor zone, with lakes and entertainment for kids. Nice and helpful staff in the reception and bars.

Food and drinks were mediocre, lacking variety in the breakfast and quality in lunch/dinner All inclusive does not include a selection of alcoholic beverages Beds and room not as comfortable as expected.

Terrible. Resulting in injuries.

Nothing about the place inspired me. Was nothing that I was told on telephone was true. They had no disabled facilities unlike what they put on website I was appalled at cleanliness and the fact I phoned to confirm they had walk in shower before I booked had you not told me you could facilitate my needs I would not have booked.

Hotel needs good luck paint looks run down tennis courts. Food left a lot to be desired.

Facilities were good but a little dated, it was easy to find...

Facilities were good but a little dated, it was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great as was the indoor pool as an extra option should the weather not be too great. The bouncy castle on the kids pool was another great touch. The staff at the pool bar were extremely friendly and helpful, perhaps the people posting reviews that they were rude were rude to the staff and got treated accordingly. After all it was full of Brits drinking trying to get their money's worth which Europeans do not appreciate as they treat alcohol with a lot more respect that the British do.

The food was diabolical. I have been to many hotels over the years and this was by fair the worst for food options and quality. My kids who are not fussy in the slightest were not happy with the selection even the pasta that kids usually eat if there is nothing else was hard and seemed like it was re-used from the night before as did the cereals.
